I'm a certified health coach and personal trainer, but Graceful Body is bigger than workouts and meal ideas. It's for the woman who knows she is capable, but keeps getting pulled back into self-sabotage, perfectionism, restriction, emotional eating, or the “I'll start Monday” spiral.
My work is deeply personal. I've moved through loss, disordered eating, imposter syndrome, and years of self-doubt. For a long time, I thought pushing harder was the only way out.
What changed everything was learning how to slow down, listen to my body, and build discipline without abandoning myself. That softer path brought me into more confidence, self-compassion, self-grace, and joy.
